Welcome to Vaultelle (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.vaultelle.com.au (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. We sell body and massage oils and related skincare products. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA or equivalent regulatory body. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, including but not limited to skin reactions resulting from misuse or failure to patch-test. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaultelle, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Gold Coast, Queensland.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
